Liquid Heat Exchanger

Takes heat out of a fluid and gives it through the front (orange square): hot coolant → coolant, lava → pahoehoe lava; 20 hU per mB. Each heat conductor lets 10 hU/t through (up to 10, at least 2 needed). It only cools if the machine in front accepts the heat and there is room for the cold fluid. 2000 mB tanks; takes ejector and pulling upgrades (fluid ones too).
