Infuser

Bridges magic and technology. Iron, gold, copper, tin, lead and uranium ores drop the whole block, as in 1.12, and Fortune does nothing to them: multiply them by processing in the Macerator. The Infuser gives a mining tool (pickaxe, shovel, axe, hoe, shears; not drills) the Extraction enchantment: with it they drop as in vanilla and Fortune works. Put in the tool and 3 lapis lazuli and press Infuse: it costs 15 levels and then 5000 EU. It is permanent and does not raise anvil costs. The Iridium Drill in Fortune mode already has it.
