Induction Furnace

Smelts two stacks at once using 16 EU/t (up to MV). It heats up while working: cold it takes 375 ticks per operation, at 100% heat only 13. Reaching 100% takes about 8 minutes and it cools 4 times faster. A redstone signal keeps it warm for 1 EU/t.
