Crushed Netherite

Ancient debris yields double with IC2 (Fortune does not affect it): the Macerator gives 2 crushed netherite, each smelting into a netherite scrap. To also get gold: the Ore Washing Plant gives purified netherite and 2 tiny piles of gold, and the Thermal Centrifuge (at 3000 heat) gives netherite dust and another tiny pile of gold. The netherite ingot is still made from 4 scraps and 4 gold ingots.
