Advanced Miner

Needs no drill or pipes: with an OD (radius 16) or OV (radius 32) scanner it sweeps everything below it layer by layer and mines the ores, 512 EU per block (HV, stores 4,000,000 EU). The 15 filters work as a blacklist (skip those ores) or whitelist (mine only those). Silk touch costs 2048 EU per block. Mined items go to the chest on top. Redstone pauses it. Overclockers check more blocks per tick.
